Gratitude Village Colorado is more than a housing development—it’s a movement toward a better way of living. Inspired by the nearly 200 successful cohousing communities across the U.S., we’re creating an inclusive, multigenerational neighborhood rooted in sustainability, accessibility and deep human connection. Nestled in the Denver area, GVCO will feature 56 NetZero homes designed with community and the planet in mind. Our goal is to offer a beautiful alternative to traditional housing—one that nurtures belonging, encourages mutual support, and empowers residents to live lighter on the Earth.

At Gratitude Village, we believe in intentional growth. That’s why our membership pathway is designed to meet you where you are. You can begin as an Inquirer, attending info sessions, reading our newsletter, and getting to know the community at your own pace. When you’re ready to dive deeper, the Explorer Membership opens the door to meetings, workshops, and meaningful contributions to the design and direction of the project. Finally, those who feel a strong “yes” can become Founding Members, committing to co-creating the physical and cultural foundation of Gratitude Village and securing their future home.
