If you’re excited to start creating a life filled with connection, sustainability, and belonging, you can join us as a Founding Member.

It’s a $5,000 deposit that goes directly toward your future home — and if you join by December 31, 2025, you’ll receive a $3,00 early adopter credit. This brings the total value of your initial investment to $8,000.

As a Founder, you’ll help shape the vision, guide key decisions and get first choice of homes and homesites.
